My boyfriend Nick was in a band since he was 13...they we're a signed band with professional musician ascap cards by 18.....but the era came to an end and I saw my frist Blinded Black show....it just happened to be their last...
I watched Neeko rock out for the last time!
It was great to celebrate with him the ending of that chapter of being contractually obligated to tour 200+ days a year....whew! CELEBRATE
POINTFEST!
I got to do my very first stage announcement.....with Jeff Burton(of Thom and Jeff)
I got to be a part of the POINT ON AIR STAFF pic with HEADLINER SERJ TANKIAN(they also introduced me on stage in front of 23,000 people as the newest DJ at the Point LUX!!!!)
I spent 3 days on tour with Shinedown last year taking pictures and working meet and greets so I was stoked to see them at pointfest on May 18th 2008!
I got to watch HURT from backstage...see my goodfriend Rek play in front of a huge crowd...
Nick and I flew to San Diego to be in my best friends wedding....

We even had time to hit the beach....
that was before my wallet got stolen and my bank cards maxed out....yea getting on a plane with no id meansa frisking at all three airports!
I played in a baby pool with Natty Grace....
watched her grow into a two yr old!!
I always love playing with Natalie,but I NEVER forget to have fun with Riley...
I was allowed VIP to the 10th Anniversary at the Hard Rock...I got to see Story of The Year from backstage and enjoy a lovely evening....with VIP treatment(I spoil Nick who gets to join me on all these adventures)!
Nicks family spoiled my by inviting me on their trip to Key West for a full 7 days of sun,sun,sun!
we layed on the beach...
we went windsurfing,parasailing,water skiing,knee boarding,snorkeling,cruising...
we went to a famous key west drag show and a ghost tour of the very haunted key!
I sang Kareoke for Nicks dad who loves Queen....
I had a blast!
Back in STL I worked alot....

Then my parents spoiled me and we went to michigan city,indiana....

All my friends came
my friend Leah and I with the drummer of the band Forever The Sickest Kids...
This past week alone I went to see/work the Flobots,NIN, and Projekt Revolution...
When I'm not at concerts I love going to movies..especially preview movies the free kind us media people are privee too....the best part is taking my parents!!!
Summer is comming to a close and our next POINTFEST is comming up,I move to the Central West End in sept...but heres a small glimpse at my apt now...
my parents made me these awesome wall hangings.....
I hope this was interesting....either way it's my life and I'm enjoying it to the fullest....
I've learned to love without judging and work harder than is thought to be possible and everything else will fall into place....

Hi Ash, I agree...even though it's sad that we resort to technology to catch up, I have to admit I loved reading your blog! Hope to see you in Sept...good luck with the move.
